Class Styles

Flow Yoga

Is a style of yoga where poses are strung together to form a fluid sequence of movement, seamlessly with breath.

Although Flow Yoga is often considered a fast and physically challenging practice, it can also be soft and gentle. Moving with the breath can also mean slowing down your transitions with deep inhales and slow exhalations.


Beginners Flow

A slower pace yoga style suited for those new to yoga or with experience. An opportunity to sit and breathe into a posture. Allows time to move from one pose to another at a slower pace and with adjustments or modifications.

For a lot of yoga beginners, tight hips and shoulders are often the main complaint or target areas.


Restorative Yoga

Is a restful practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. This style of yoga holds the yoga poses for a longer duration and generally using yoga props. It is a practice of deep relaxation that emphasizes the meditative aspect of yoga, the union of body and mind.


Power Yoga

A style of yoga that's focused on building strength and endurance. Although it requires mindfulness and focus on your breathing, power yoga is more dynamic than meditative forms of yoga, and provides a good cardio and strength-training workout.


Private Session

A great opportunity to work on weaken areas of the body and to focus on alignment at your pace with assistance. Also for those who want to build on their practices and take it to the next level.

The beauty of a one on one session it is tailored for your level and at your pace.

Casual Yoga $15 (pay as you flow)

5 Yoga Class Pass $65 (1 class per week)

10 Yoga Class Pass $120 (2 classes per week)

Private 45 mins $65

Each class is limited to 13 students, this ensures a more personalize practice and catering to the individuals needs.

For all new students I offer a free 15 minute consultation to make this yoga and wellness experience unique to you and your needs, goals and outcomes.

This free consultation is to be made prior to the first class via phone call.
